Course Information
The morning session will help you develop time management skills which are essential for effective people. If you use these skills, you will be able to function exceptionally well, even under intense pressure, take control of your workload and develop the influencing skills required to achieve this.
The afternoon session will help you understand various personality types teams. By understanding this it gives you as a leader the ability to tailor your style to be more effective in influencing and motivating colleagues.
